How to Order a Custom Halo Blooms Piece

At Halo Blooms Collective, I love creating pieces that carry personal meaning. Whether you’re looking for a special gift, a piece for your home, or florals and crystals that speak to your story, I’m always happy to bring your vision to life.

Here’s how the custom process works:

1. Send Through Your Idea

Start by reaching out using the form below with your inspiration, colour palette, preferred crystals or florals, or any special meaning you want the piece to hold.

Helpful details to include:

• Size of hoop (small / medium / large)
• Colour themes you love
• Crystals or florals you’d like featured
• The mood or intention of the piece (e.g., calming, joyful, grounding)
• Your budget (optional but helpful)

2. I’ll Create a Design Concept for You

Once I understand what you’re after, I’ll put together:

• A recommended colour palette
• Suggested crystals and florals
• A rough layout or design direction
• A quote based on the size and elements

If you have photos or inspo, feel free to share — it helps tailor your piece perfectly.

3. Approve the Design

When you’re happy with the concept, I’ll confirm:

• Final price
• Estimated timeframe
• Any optional add-ons (extra blooms, charms, etc.)

Once approved, I begin creating your piece.

4. Your Custom Piece Is Handmade With Care

I handcraft every custom item with intention, attention to detail, and lots of love.

Because each piece is unique, turnaround time is generally 5–10 business days, depending on materials and complexity.

If you need something urgently, just let me know — I’ll do my best to help.

5. Approval + Delivery

When your piece is complete, I’ll send you a photo for final approval.

Once confirmed, it will be posted (with tracking) or ready for local pickup in Bungendore.
